Saline County is one of the largest counties in the state at almost 800 square miles. We are staffed to answer calls and care for inmates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,
Our Jail was originally designed to house 64 inmates. We work closely with Missouri State Highway Patrol, Probation & Parole and the local Conservation Agent who all have offices located in our building. Driver's tests are given in our training room every Wednesday and 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from 9:00 - 3:30. There is a 30 minute lunch break from 11:30 to 12:00. All tests must be completed by 3:15.
We have provided below a slideshow tour so you can take a look inside our state-of-the-art facility. We will walk you through our jail, the secure area of our facility. Click on Play to move automatically through the slides, or click on Next to move manually at your pace through the slides.
