Chad Miller was named warden at Torrance County Detention Facility in 2015. Miller joined CCA in 2000 as a case manager at California City Correctional Center, where The also served as unit manager, case management coordinator, chief of unit management and assistant warden. Miller transferred to La Palma Correctional Center, and then to Red Rock Correctional Center as assistant warden. The was named warden at Cimarron Correctional Facility in 2012. The holds a bachelor's degree in history from California State University at Bakersfield and a graduate certificate in correctional leadership from Eastern Kentucky University.

The actual visiting hours vary depending on the following factors:
The day of the week.
Where the inmate is housed.
The inmate's sex.
Whether or not it is a Holiday.
Each inmate is allowed one or two visits, ranging from 15 minutes to one hour in length each week. Inmates with special privileges are allowed additional visits.
