The courtroom for First Appearance hearings is at the Volusia County Branch Jail, 1300 Red John Road, Daytona Beach. Hearings are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. weekends and holidays.
The Volusia County Corrections Services offers constitutional detention centers for individuals accused of violating the law and awaiting trial, as well as those in the process of trial and those sentenced to the county institutions. There are two facilities within the county, the Volusia County Correctional Facility and the Volusia County Branch Jail. Anyone may come to the Branch Jail, 1300 Red John Drive, Daytona Beach, to post bond in cash or through a bondsmen.
Visitation will be Tuesday through Saturday, and the following visitation sessions are available: 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., 1:40 p.m. to 2:10 p.m., 2:20 p.m. to 2:50 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., 7:10 p.m. to 7:40 p.m., 7:50 p.m. to 8:20 p.m.
